Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself in Shaw Road, Newbury, on Thursday 22nd July.

At around 5pm, a 42-year-old woman was walking in the area of the recreational ground when she saw a man cycling around the park exposing himself.

The man is white, in his late twenties, and was wearing a grey beanie-style hat and tight black shorts.

Either his 'tight black shorts' were too short for his long middle leg ... or perhaps the guy had a flesh coloured bike seat?  You should be careful when choosing the colour of your bike seat y'know...
