What appears to be a ruptured water main close to the Civic Amenity site on the A339 is causing traffic chaos further down the hill at the Swan Roundabout.

Water is gushing down the hill and has formed a large lake where the roundabout used to be.

A lone policeman is currently trying to control the traffic as he waits for the man from the waterboard.
