THE Comedy Festival goes back in time today when a trio of 'Carry On' films are shown at the Corn Exchange.
Carry On Doctor, Carry On Screaming and Carry on Up the Khyber were all voted the best three films in the long-running series in a national poll recently, and there are still tickets left for all shows, starting at 2pm.
The Hogshead pub is joining in the fun too, with prizes for the best-dressed Carry On character in the pub tonight, and more clips shown on its giant plasma screen. Tickets are £5.50 available from the Box Office.
Meanwhile, at New Greenham Arts, Paul Merton's dark comedy film Body Part Double will be screened at 8pm. The Hollywood send-up shows celluloid veterans discussing the films that never made it into the cinemas. Tickets £7.
