| A man found dead in a narrowboat on the canal in Newbury is not being treated as suspicious by police, Newbury.net can reveal.
The man in his 40s was found hanging by the neck in the boat at West Mills, last Saturday night. Police quickly sealed off the area to investigate.
Friends of the man, who was a frequent visitor to Newbury, said he had been suffering from depression. |
