A Newbury woman has been jailed for nine months after admitting indecently touching a boy aged under 16.

Rachel Long, aged 32, a teacher, who lived at Corporation Cottages in Newbury at the time of the offence, was also sentenced to a two-year extended supervision order and a five-year sexual offences provision order when she appeared before Reading Crown Court last Friday.

She admitted indecently touching the boy between July 1 and August 23 last year.
