Breathe gets leg up
15th June 2005 8.16am

Newbury Town Centre Manager Mitch Roberts has been helping out Nature’s Corner’s Liz Chandler organise natural health show Breathe at the Corn Exchange on Saturday.

More than 800 people attended the event in St Nicolas Hall last year, prompting the change of venue, and a banner is draped across Northbrook Street to boost numbers further.

Exhibitors will be on hand to provide help and advice on all aspects of alternative health, beauty and lifestyle products, from having your feet read by a reflexologist to enjoying a cup of herbal tea and some organic truffles.

TV chef Sophie Grigson will be on hand with a healthy cooking demonstration, while Lambourn farmer Peter Kindersley will explain how he set up his organic farm after selling his publishing business several years ago.
