| This week, The Vodafone UK Foundation, based in Newbury hosted an exhibition of creative work by A level students from three West Berkshire schools participating in the Hoax Impact! campaign.
A unique scheme aimed at raising awareness and educating young people about the dangers of hoax calls and deliberate fire setting, the Hoax Impact! project takes the form of photography and media studies course work, which will be cascaded down through the schools by the pupils involved, to younger students in the future.
Schools participating are Theale Green, Mary Hare and Park House.
This campaign was developed by The Vodafone UK Foundation, Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service, West Berkshire Education Business Partnership (WBEBP), Thames Valley Partnership and West Berkshire Council.
