Vandals attack David Wilson site
02nd August 2005 12.3pm

Vandals rampaged through David Wilson Homes’ prestigious new estate by the racecourse last week, causing £5,000 of damage.

The hooligans smashed windows with breezeblocks and sprayed graffiti across the 170 home estate off New Road, overnight on Tuesday.

Workers returned to the site on Wednesday morning to find offenders had entered the site, tipped a pallet of windows off the top of a portacabin, and signed off the raid with the graffiti tags ‘Dazle’ and ‘Haze05’.
