| Berkshire confirmed its place at the forefront of the economy after being named the second most productive area in the country. Berkshire’s economy is still growing at more than twice the rate of the rest of the UK, and wages are catching up with central London, which is still the most productive place in the country.
The whole M4 economy is outperforming the rest of the country, while the most underdeveloped parts of the country remain Cornwall, Pembrokeshire, and the Highlands. |
