We are always keen at newbury.net to encourage and promote new businesses. Over the Christmas period, we have become aware of an exciting new venture in Bartholomew Street. This gives you the opportunity to “paint your own pottery”.

Leap Frog Ceramics who have taken over the old Mencap outlet near Blackboys Bridge are now offering you this service and the following is taken from their advertising material:

“Painting your own pottery is a great way to relax, unwind, have fun and explore your creative side - all at the same time! Whether you're a toddler or a great grandparent or somewhere in between, there's something for everyone at Leap Frog Ceramics. Don't worry if you've never painted before - our friendly experienced staff will give you all the help you need to create your own ceramic masterpiece! There's no need to make a booking (unless you are a group of 8 or more) - just drop in to our studio in Newbury and we'll show you how to get started.”
